Easy & Addictive Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were made with love from my mom.

This week I had the privilege of seeing my mom for a few days! I live in Ohio, and she lives in Wisconsin. So our face-to-face time is rare.

Unfortunately, of the two days she came to visit, I was only able to take off work for one. But, when I came home from work, and saw her classic peanut butter cookies, I was thrilled!

They are so soft and delicious, I ate five!

I asked her to write out the recipe, and I just love her perfect handwritten recipe she gave me.

There's just something special about seeing your mom's handwritten recipes.
